A Moment in Time

This caravan of dreams stopped for a moment in time,
then you went your way, and I went mine

Was it you, or was it a daybreak sunlight?
Was it you, or was it the smile of a rose?
Was it you, or was it a raincloud of dreams?
Was it you, or was it a thunder of happiness?

Was it you, or was it did a flower bloom?
Was it you, or did I get a new life?
This caravan of dreams stopped for a moment in time,
then you went your way, and i went mine

This story of two hearts was for a moment in time,
then you went your way, and i went mine

Was it you, or was it the aroma in the air?
Was it you, or was it an explosion of color in the spring?
Was it you, or was it a light in all my ways?
Was it you, or was it the echoes of singing in the air?

Was it you, or did I find all my destinatisions?
Was it you, or was it an air filled with magic?
This caravan of dreams stopped for a moment in time,
then you went your way, and I went mine
This story of two hearts was for a moment in time,
then you went your way, and I went mine

then you went your way, and i went mine....

Shattered

The mighty wall stood upright
White, of many tiny bricks
Tall and proud
Strong and determined
Yet in time, began to crack
For the sun beat down upon its back
And the animals razed it with claws
The wind blew against it
And the rain, dampened it

It resisted
And held its breath
Lest it drowned, in the seas
Of adversaries.
The world – its enemy
So the cracks increased
The wind stronger
The rain harder

And one day
When it could stand no more
When it could suffer no more
With a final breath
With a mournful gasp
And a painful cry,
Of defeat
It let go
And fell in a heap,
Forgotten -
A warrior defeated.

Devdas

I wish I were a boy again.

Innocence. Naivity.

Turning back time. With knowledge of the future - making the right choices. Changing.

Nothing aches like the aching heart. What could have been. What should have been. Living in the past? A waterfall of despair crashing on all sides.

Love lost, and nothing gained.

The last few breaths still remain in his body. He has fulfilled his oath.

"Meet me at least once before you die," she had said.

Paro.

Intoxicated, mumbling and a scarred liver. Yet he still manages to make the journey. A six-hour train ride. Two more hours in the horse cart. And then he collapses in the courtyard of her mansion.

Paro's hears his whisper. Afterall, they were childhood friends. Did it matter that she got married to another man? A man who wouldn't even touch her, because he loved his deceased first wife still?

No.

Paro and Devdas. They were always together, since they were little children.

And then he dies.

Paro is banished behind the gates of her mansion. Never to see, touch or hear the voice of her Devdas again.

Not even the one last time.

The aching heart suffers like nothing else.

Chaos

There is no order but chaos
No peace, or serenity
But anguish.

A fool I am
To believe my lies
But the curtains have been drawn
And the light is too strong.
There is no order, but chaos
No hopes or dreams
But truth.

There is no order
In the madness of my life
No strength in my will
To mend -
Nor passion to love.

A sense of direction, none
A road to follow, none
A fool, I am
In a forest of fools, I am
The waves, wilder,
The wind, louder.
There is no order, but chaos.

If I fall...

Every second is a misery.

If I fall today, I won't get up.

I Live

Pity the fools.

They will one day realize how transient their lives are. One day, they will know the truth.

I am angry. I am angry at all of the 'out and proud' homosexuals of the world. They make it harder for us. Us, the moral ones. Us, the sane ones - who realize and admit that there is a component of our lives which is diseased. God made us this way - just like God made so many other diseases.

I admit it, I accept it, and I live with it.
